Schiff’s Restaurant Service and its employees take an active role in the community by donating time and money, volunteering and being members of committees in local organizations. The company takes pride in its participation with the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, United Way, Salvation Army, VFW, Rotary and many other community organizations. Additionally the company gets involved in other community projects, such as Adopt-a-Highway Clean-Up Project, Friends of the Poor Thanksgiving Dinner, St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen, and an annual Christmas toy and clothing drive for local charities.
Our dedication to Scranton and surrounding communities has elected us many awards and recognitions. The awards and plaques, which can be seen in our reception area, have been given to us in thanks for our continued support and contributions.
