Here at Schiff's we are more than just employees and business associates, we are Family. Many Schiff's employees have made life-long friendships and developed unforgettable memories. Many of our employees have done so for more than 25 years.

Our amazing staff dedicates their time and energy to making Schiff's successful and an enjoyable place to be. Therefore, we like to acknowledge our employees for all the hard work they do everyday. We recognize our employee's birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, retirements and much more.

Schiff's takes every opportunity to recognize employees for their service and dedication through the following award programs: Employee of the Month, Employee of the Year, Perfect Attendance, and Safety Employee of the Year.

Since we are Family we understand the importance of the holidays therefore we close on seven holidays throughout the year in order for our employees to spend them with their own family and friends. Yet, we still love to celebrate them in the store, too.

For over 30 years Schiff's has celebrated being a family by throwing semi-formal events and all day family picnics. These events give Schiff's employees an opportunity to know each in a more casual setting. Over 10 years ago Schiff's began its Labor Day Employee Outing where every employee and their families are invited to attend a day filled with relaxation, events, games, prizes, and of course, FOOD!
